Seeking Bar Investors in Lafayette, Louisiana For Sale

We are seeking two to three investors to partner with us in opening up a new bar in the Lafayette Area. This will be a minimum $50,000 investment. We will form a new LLC and register under a different DBA. We will be the principal operators of the bar, taking care of all hiring, insurance, distributor supplies purchasing, equipment, furniture, advertising, etc.

You may take a more active role in the operation of the business, if you desire. Looking to raise approximately $150,000 to start. A detailed contract will be provided and agreed upon before signing.
