Just a run through of the Stay In Tune Singer's Workshop
3 Month Long camp, with a lot to learn!
Technique will be taught by all instructors. The kids will learn the do's and don'ts of taking care of their voice.
Theory will also be taught by all instructors. It's good for all singers to know just in case they walk into an audition and are asked a few questions.
We will have 3 sections in the choir. Soprano, Alto, and Tenor. Granite if the attendance of young men is low (praying it's not) we will have Soprano, Mezzo-Soprano, and Alto. The sopranos will be lead by Jordan Breaux. Mezzo-Soprano/Alto will be lead by myself, Bethany Foote and Tenor will be lead Adolph Davis.
Our songwriting coach will be Mr.Adolph as well. The kids will have a chance to put all their feelings, and words on paper, and then create music with it.
Our networking coach will be Morgan Pete. Teaching us who we should be in contact with on social media, how our YouTube channels should look, and what should be on them.
For audition practice, Morgan will also speak a few words on auditions in general, and all other instructors will speak on it from a singer/ performer point of view.
Being a singer means all types of music! A person may have just one type of music that they sing all the time, but being a singer, you need to know more than one, so well will touch different genres.
