Acadian Ambulance is searching for a confident, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support at the executive level to the Chief Financial Officer. Duties include but are not limited to: preparing business correspondence and reports using Word and Excel; coordinating travel with extensive itineraries; conducting research and compiling data to prepare presentations; answering and directing telephone calls; coordinating meetings with management, vendors and customers; maintaining corporate documentation such as stock ledgers, minutes, and resolutions; and assisting with special projects.
