Creates/maintains controls that will encourage achieving/exceeding budget benchmarks. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Kitchen management/supervisory expience is required, with ability to focus on mass production while ensuring consistency and quality of food recipes. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
