Cornerstone Financial Services, a 16 year old international financial firm, has developed a work from home opportunity which consists of contacting our qualified business leads to define their needs for commercial financial activity. Primary responsibilities include building dealer relationships & presenting our comprehensive financing and lease programs. You will emphasize our rapid response time and excellent customer service to equipment dealers to generate applications for financing and develop strong ongoing relationships with them to ensure repeat business. No licenses are required and we provide constant one on one personalized support, online management database and training courses provided. The account manager assigned to you has the financial experience to close the applications your dealers provide. Compensation is 2% of the gross funded amount. An example of this is as follows: $47,500.00 (equip. price) x 7% (sales tax) + $1,500.00 (delivery and setup fee) = $52,325.00 Commission is 2% of $52,325.00 = $1,046.50 A productive loan officer will produce an application a day and should fund their first deal within the initial two weeks. In addition to above example, we have other forms of compensation available. No investment is required but a full background and criminal check is mandatory. The cost is ninety nine dollars upfront and will be returned to the loan officer in the first check or you may elect to provide the criminal and background information, however the provider must be approved by CFS Compliance Department first and CFS Will Not refund any 3rd party cost if incurred. Applicants must have PC with web access, compatible MS Word and MS Excel software.
